You know when you just meet two people and you think "Yes, they are just perfect for each other." That was my first thought when I first met Aimee & Harrie for their wedding consultation.
A year or so down the line, and it was the morning of their wedding day. I arrived at 'The Blue House' near Newquay, which is a lovely spacious house that hosted Aimee's family for the week up to the wedding. This is where Aimee decided to do her bridal prep, and with it being only 20 or so minutes away from Avalen Farm, I made my way to the venue just in time to get Harrie's last minute bridal prep moments before the ceremony.
The venue was decorated with origami cranes and flowers - all handmade by Harrie, and yes there were literally thousands of them! It took her two years in the making. If that's not love - I don't know what is!
The ceremony at Avalen Farm was absolutely perfect for photographs, under a beautiful Oak tree, with their friends and families watching on.
One of the things that Aimee & Harrie were very certain on, was that they just wanted their friends and family to have fun. So they absolutely made that happen by organising a total wipeout, unlimited pizza and ice cream and plenty of outside games.
I absolutely loved photographing this beautiful wedding in Cornwall at Avalen Farm - the venue is perfectly picturesque and is great for couples who are looking for something with a barn and country feel.
